Chatbot
Problem
Users face many questions when encountering new technology and a new application. Due to the lack of motivation and informative content, users can stop using the app if they do not get the information they seek in the app in a time.
Solution
Automated chatbot that answers users’ questions and finds answers for their questions. It passes them the information they seek in a form of a friendly chat with artificial support employee. Users react positive to the use of chatbot, if it reacts similar to a human in a conversation.
Connected patterns
Frequently asked questions (FAQ) and video explanation can also be used to convey same information to user. The choice of pattern depends on targeted users. Use of patterns is not mutualy exclusive.
