Problem
Undetected bugs, voluntary feedback from regular users, and suggestions for new functionalities are very valuable to dApp developers and owners. Nevertheless there are often not enough mechanisms in place to effectively capture them and incorporate them into further development.
Solution
Users get a chance to give feedback on the dedicated communication channel. At the same time a community of active users is created on the same communication channel. The community motivates users to return to the app, while developers can check existing users’ interest in potential new features before they make major changes. The pattern can be used in a mobile or web application.
